I have always had a passion for making things. At any time in my childhood, I wasn't too far away from my Legos. As I got older I gravitated to hobbies that let me explore my creative interest. Eventually, this led me to CAD software as I wanted to design my own RC airplanes at the time. A few years later, I applied those skills towards my first car making one-off parts for modifications. What I found were folks wanted the same products for their cars and an opportunity appeared. So 5 years ago I started a venture called Squared Motorwerks. It has since grown into a small business selling custom automotive parts and solutions that I design and manufacture here in Austin, TX. Squared currently has distributors in 3 different countries with around 1,000 products shipped to date. Parts are designed with customers direct input every step of the way leading to a very focused, customer-driven product. In doing so, I have learned almost every aspect of bringing a product to market from designing, to prototyping, to manufacturing, and marketing.
